I,_______________________________________________________(名 前）Passport No:____________________________________(Lessee) agrees to the terms and conditions stipulated below in the event should I decide to share the house or apartment with the undersigned(Lessor).

Terms and Conditions;
  • I must have a legal Visa
  • I will pay 1 month's advanced rent as a bond. This will provide for all damages or repair occurred during the rental period.
  • I should observe considerations and deceny during the rental period.
  • I will not bring drugs or any other questionable substances into the house or apartment.
  • I will not sub-lease in the event should I be leaving for a short term holiday(few weeks to a month,etc) without the prior approval or knowledge of the lessor.
  • I will replace any furniture or equipments or machines immediately should it be damaged during the rental period.
  • I will give one month's notice should I decide to terminate or end the rental term.

This is a bounded contract. Should any terms and conditions be violated, the undersigned reserves the right to seek and claim damages against the lessee.

The Lessor also reserves the right to terminate the rental contract at any given time.
However, the Lessor will also give one month's notice to the lessee should such termination occurs.
